Anyone of you got a clue why tput on FreeBSD is not functional?
mrphyber
I think you need to install ncurses tput
mrphyber
in /usr/local/bin/tput you will find the binary
Arminio
@MrPhyber Got any clue what package holds ncurses tput?
mrphyber
should be ncurses
Arminio
mrphyber
if you have already installed it try executing /usr/local/bin/tput

Well I have 2 docking stations for this X220 here. One has 1x HDMI, the other one has 2x DVI + 2x DisplayPort, I can test that if you want.

Weird, it should

Hi Guys! Who can help me? I tried install cflowd on FreeBSD 11.3. I have problem: cflowd_periodic.o: In function `main': cflowd_periodic.c:(.text+0x3e7): undefined reference to `addr2ascii' cflowd_periodic.c:(.text+0x550): undefined reference to `addr2ascii' cflowd_periodic.c:(.text+0x573): undefined reference to `addr2ascii' cc: error: linker command failed with exit code 1 (use -v to see invocation) *** Error code 1
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Where can i find the lib ‘addr2ascii’?
Krond
Are you building from port?
Krond
Oh gosh, it died so long ago...
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Cflowd delete from ports 🙁 Yes, I moved this demon from FreeBSD 6.2 because a lot of scripts bind with demon(
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I’m sorry, I do not speak English well
Krond
There's a russian group at @freebsd_ru I suppose.

at job, my headmaster told me to install FreeNAS on a virtual machine
▕⃝⃤ Goddino
i done it, but when i try to pkg update it "Repository local has no meta file, use default settings" first of all i went from Debian-based systems so.. how can i manage repositories on freebsd?
▕⃝⃤ Goddino
solved by using the "no" flag to local.conf and the flag "yes" to FreeBSD.conf on the path: /usr/local/etc/pkg/repos
