I think you need to install ncurses tput

in /usr/local/bin/tput you will find the binary

at job, my headmaster told me to install FreeNAS on a virtual machine

i done it, but when i try to pkg update it "Repository local has no meta file, use default settings" first of all i went from Debian-based systems so.. how can i manage repositories on freebsd?

solved by using the "no" flag to local.conf and the flag "yes" to FreeBSD.conf on the path: /usr/local/etc/pkg/repos

Hello everyone, anyone have recomendation for introductory learning material on FreeBSD ? Pdf, epubs or wiki with history, philosophy, conceptual differences with Linux as well as sysadmin manual (network configuration, priviledges, user management, etc..)

I’m seriously thinking to switch to fbsd to use as hypervisor (bhyve) san, and other barebone machines
