Is spotifyd working? Or do i need to install a virtual linux system ontop of FreeBSD
Dog
Hi guys, anyone here got flash player working?
I tried to install it in some different ways, but nope, it does not work, the way I think it should work is: pkg install flashplayer, and it needs linux binary compatibility, to enable that, run: kload linux, on terminal, kload linux64 , for 64 bits, that enables the kernel module. Then try again pkg install flashplayer, it will be installed, but it does not appear on my firefox version, maybe it could work for you.

He wants. It is not our business to question him why. If you can help, just do it. Otherwise keep silent.
TheWhyteCrow
@v0van wants to run flash. Okay, we shall help him to do so. #anyotherguy wants to have poo image on his desktop. We shall help. By sending him our poo picture. Not asking him why the hell he wants it...😂😂😂

TheWhyteCrow
Ok, I did that
What HW are you on?
Francisco Mondragon
I think in that possible solition, but last one
TheWhyteCrow
I think in that possible solition, but last one
Not the last one. Some notebooks have weird wiring around the sound chip, so you have to find which nodes are output and set correct values in devices.hints. Send dmesg | grep pcm output here.

Men, tell me how I do with my sound card, isnt work
Without knowing the hardware, it is impossible to help you...
Dog

virtualbox, sound and video, it works almost the same way on my hardware
Jay

intel or amd?
Francisco Mondragon
Amd
Dog
Amd
well that's important, I used intel to test it in hardware
Francisco Mondragon
Dog
Ok, and for amd what are the steeps??
the point is that you need that the kernel could activate the modules your mother board and processor need to work on the installation automatically. if not, you could find the way to do it manually.
TheWhyteCrow
First thing is to know the hardware, pcm and hda devices. Until Francisco wouldn't share this information, it is useless to try helping him. Francisco Mondragon share the dmesg, or quit complaining.
