i usually used default fonts, sometimes comics (recently tried opendyslexic). i found window 10 fonts more difficult and annoying to read than windows xp one

btw, my dyslexia (although i am disghraphic too) is not primarily graphic, but an add (or adhd-pi) linked one. so, many fonts are quite ok. i have more issues with just a few of them, and sadly w10 (and ofc 11) default one is one of these
