Question: what's the difference between target_link_libraries() and add_importlibs() cmake macros? Without looking at the code my guessings is about static/dynamic library linkage but most likely I'm wrong

For example, our mspaint's cmakelists.txt has both macros and in both have "mspaint" as 1st argument

the alpha version of ReactOS is more useful and usable than beta/stable Arch Hurd for example so don't pay attention to "beta, alpha, stable" things.
