For me the USB 2.0 drives obtained better results in ReactOS than others that I have 3.0 or 3.1.

real question is why do you prefer such slow speeds? my usb 2.0 flash drives hover around 100KB/s much of the time.

ive got hard disk drives that are 10-15 years old that are 10 times the speed when used externally for storing files and 3-4 times the speed when used internally to run the latest windows 64 bit

I just personally think a GBA emulator is sufficiently far from "natively running" to make the same claim :p

like, on another example, many people consider running Windows programs/games on Linux via Wine isn't native, but it's not quite as clear. It's the same x86 instructions as on Windows, just that Wine is mapping Windows syscalls onto the Linux ones.
Similar deal with WSL1 running Linux programs on Windows. :P

yes its 2.5 inch. but sata was released the same year as usb 2.0. to be fair its probably an updated standard since file transferring on windows 2000 without any of the bootcamp drivers installed is quite a bit slower than on newer oses on that same computer using the same hdd. its a 13 inch mid 2007 white macbook if youre wondering.

After that I used to edit the iso to make an unattended installation under VM.
After the installation, I introduced the msvcrt.dll from WinXP 64 that I have, using other VM (that mount the Hard disk).

hmm i think i understand. you take msvcrt.dll file to copy reactos? isnt it? its a trick for game work?

It's a trick for the audio to sound in "correct pitch". I don't know if it's necessary.
Advise: ReactOS OpenGL config won't work itself, so VBA must change the config into the "old computers" one (software render in video+directsound in audio)
