Anderson Torres: I said "at least". And I use that list because I know that those OSes I listed has no plans to drop 32 bits. Linux distros regularly abandon 32 bit despite kernel still supporting it.

I'm trying to build a xp/vista era computer with xp, but the damn sound blaster doesn't want to work. Yesterday I had installation troubles but it sounded like a charm, today I formatted, reinstalled and the system is ok, but the card won't play. Wtf

i like reactos but i think its a bit broken or maybe my hardware isnt the best for it. i tried booting on a 2019 hp 15-db0088ca using a usb and it didnt work, i tried on a 13 inch mid 2012 macbook pro using dvd and it froze on the boot screen, i tried on 13 inch mid 2007 white macbook using dvd and i was greeted with the select cd-rom boot type screen that windows vista, 7, 8, 10 have on older intel macs for some strange reason but once i got passed that it booted but the keyboard wouldnt work. also theres a uefi boot option but it seems only legacy wants to do anything. i dont mean to say reactos is trash and im well aware its incomplete according to many sources. maybe i should try using a virtual machine instead although i like the fun of native installs. i like the 95-2003 design it has and it was in fact the older design that attracted me to the os. anyway im rambling and im sorry if this is a long message.

i tried using a usb keyboard from an old dell inspiron 530 desktop i have from 2009 but it didnt work either. i cant try reactos on that desktop though because it has dozens of gigabytes of important photos and videos my parents put on it many years back.
