TL;DR Money, by itself, will do nothing (unless you can pay hoards of win internals' knowledgeable devs). Brother, I appreciate your enthusiasm about ReactOS. Really, I do. But let's make it clear: it's not really the money that will help ReactOS - you need developers who know the internals of Windows NT - ones that have never even peeked at the source code of it (even if it was leaked) to reimplement it so that ReactOS looks and behaves like Windows (ie, when you're using ReactOS it's almost like you're using Windows NT). Usually, such devs are in the information security field (you learn a lot by reverse engineering things), like for eg, Alex Ionescu - and that's when things get blurry (if you write malware even as just a PoC then write portions of a reimplementation of some system it might be or look suspicious). Want to help? Sure. Let ReactOS be known to a wider audience. Test things. Post the results of your tests. Help with code. If you know the internals and APIs of Windows NT, esp. the ones ReactOS is targeting, try and give a shot at reimplementing them. That's how you can help for now.
