Tbh, back then I wanted to use ROS as my sole OS😅 Then b/c of the crashes and what-not, I tried a Linux distro which kind of resembled XP - my family was more comfortable with Windows than Linux. Also, maybe it was earlier than 2018/19... Idk for sure. Said distro had installable sw (kind of like windows) but they needed an internet connection to be downloaded - idk maybe these were just some shell scripts to fetch those from the 'net... Yeah... I went back to XP (PC had limited RAM - so 7 was a no-go)
