Two things: 1. You can't copy+paste MS drivers into ReactOS. That's literally illegal. 2. All of those are incredibly complicated to write.

In full fairness, writing hardware drivers for Linux would give some good experience even if the code isn't directly portable. Such a person wouldn't announce grandiose plans involving multiple complicated items. They'd just do the work, get something to show, and show the work.
