No Multi User, no HD Audio, no disk defrag, no NTFS, No visual c++ runtimes, No WDDM graphics drivers, no .NET replacement such as Mono, and that's without even looking at the wiki

Installation from USB and USB CD-ROM is almost there, just needs one last little push

the problem is just that many open source developers still (wrongly, IMHO) focus on linux. so reactos has only a few developers. linux is a great project and a good thing, but reactos is potentially far more useful and good

I guess with a handful of more developers, ReactOS could compete with Windows 10 LTSB, so download pages will have 'Windows, Mac, Linux, ReactOS'

the problem is just the number of developers. i tried spreading the word, but many of the devs i know prefer to stick with linux for ideological reasons.

first, it won't be legal. second, xp is still a danger for microsoft. third, there is still the "nsa registry key" and something more that microsoft would not like to spread

In a web search I found this about Plop Boot Manager on ReactOS: https://forum.plop.at/index.php/topic,1840.0.html And his developer is adding support for ReactOS bootloader: " I created a dirty fix to start the Plop Boot Manager from the FreeLdr Boot Menu. I will add it to the download section when its tested by someone else. " The patch:  https://download.plop.at/files/bootmngr/plpbt4win-freeldr-patch.zip
