I know PHP, JavaScript and C#... but I can't create Native Applications for Windows/Linux/Mac Cross compiled in any of the langauges... C# can't even do native Applications on Windows with .NET unless it's for Windows 10, which is something called limitation.

Yes, but who needs cross platform in India? Minority. Windows thrives in India. Only people who were able to think outside the box got saved from that mess. And who says you can't cross platform with JS Electron hehe

JS Electron is Cross platform and so is Java and C# if you use Xamerin but it's not native.

Visual Studio has really big issues, the problem is .NET... I develop on Windows using other tools like Node or Lazarus... 90% of my projects with .NET have been either failure due to it's very easy to use hard to impliment properly interface.
