You will need to learn how to Google. Its not that hard. Get a windows 10 install disk, get Into cmd, change cmd and some program you can run on login screen, like magnifying glass and reboot when you reboot just run the magnifying glass which is now cmd, and I think its like net users or something like that

c++ is good starting point for programming, if you want to start it the hard way but learn a lot meanwhile
