Move to gcc 9, it's newer

...probably should recompile my system for it. I heard the optimizations are really good recently.

On my system gcc 9 is still marked as unstable.

Gentoo is a compiler based distro. I need 19 hours of free time to upgrade my compiler. :p Yeah its in the ~amd64 testing branch in Gentoo rn, still marked unstable.

Gentoo also allows to define which compiler you want to use .. GCC or Clang. But a weird thing : If you have Clang set, it'll always depend on GCC

Mhm eselect gcc. Guess you could say recompiling system for it is by preference...eh. I could give it a whirl. I've heard nothing but good things about it.
