Take a look at Ghidra, it was written by the NSA and made open source recently, it's written in Java so it may be a bit slow though.

C lang is used in very specific places right now. C++ is more popular, than C.
But knowing C is really good part of C++ engineer (I think, it is a necessary one), but isn't the first one
