I haven't heard of anyone working on snap support in Fedora. It requires AppArmor for proper sandboxing, so the kernel team would have to be involved. And I think Fedora is pretty heavily leaning on the SELinux side.
I don't even know how well AppArmor and SELinux can co-exist.

enabled configs in fedo are in /etc/httpd/conf.d/
