you'd have to take buing a new battery into account when buying an used laptop, also a new HDD/SDD will be a good idea... so yeah, it starts to get out of the budget, sadly

I consider batteries a wearable component, like brakes in a car, which wear with time and needs to be replaced from time to time; even though I am impressed that phone batteries work so well now that the phone itself gives up faster than the battery (at least in my case)

Don't really want to even deal with buying anything such expensive somewhere where I can't beat the seller if they would get me low quality gear.

Have a good experience with buyng from the USA and european countries (germany, finland): everything is allright.

Where you can get even lower price. Sometimes shipping is in about 6-8k, yeah :D But not always. Comparing to our prices, ebay is way cheaper.

that's actually a good question. I would appreciate a laptop that costs ~100eur and has a long battery life, even if it's weak and can't run more than a notepad, PDF reader and maybe a browser without many tabs open
