1. Don't use groups. They never worked fine on Fedora. 2. Just install plasma-workspace package.

Seems that it works when I make`sudo dnf install @kde-desktop`.

I also installed plasma-workspace, but it doesn't contain everything, so it is not enough to get fullfilled KDE.

Things were going fine, except sometimes Windows would hibernate or something and it would set itself as the first boot device, so I'd have to go into the bios to make the Fedora boot device first again to get grub. However, today, all I get when I use the Fedora boot device is a minimal grub command line environment! Anyone know how to use this to get into my Fedora or even how to fix this from the grub environment?
