installing Fedora is like opening a beer - you can do it with everything with a bit of skill and dedication

looks strange. Did it happen before on this hardware? Did you try to add acpi=off in kernel boot parameters?

But not on Chromium from Fedora repos because Spot removed almost all codecs from it. But you can add Russian Fedora repositories and install Chromium with full codecs pack from it.

if anyone wants to do something for Fedora, I can highly recommend this one: https://communityblog.fedoraproject.org/earn-fedora-badges-designing-badges/
I did it once, it is fun and easy - if you've got a hour or so of spare time and want to play with Inkscape, it's great fun :)

nb: @brajiraofthemessia also, unitedrpm was abusing copr by building their pacakges on it, even though they were packages that Fedora cannot ship/build
nb: which is not allowed in copr
nb: copr admins finally had to send them an email mentioning that we were going to have to get fedora legal involved and then they quit

How can you change window managers in GNOME?
Alternative window managers cannot be used with GNOME Shell however GNOME Flashback provides sessions for Metacity and Compiz. Furthermore, it is possible to define your own custom GNOME sessions which use alternative components.
