Check the keyboard hotkeys maybe there is a undefined key for this behavior

In fedora gnome the command is super + shift + arrows

I know about the hotkeys, I was thinking of a way, let's say if I start Inkscape, I want it to move automatically to the Design workspace that in my case is the 4th one
