But u should install Microsoft repo before dnf install code, and installing sublime was not straight forward in the last time I installed it while dnf install vim does the trick

And Html isn't coding and there are no such "Fancy" free Thingies - but if you write html in dreamweaver you might want to take a look at Webstorm from IntelliJ

Oh man, the only two things I miss them from windows is the blue screen + Photoshop, gimp isn't quite as good as Photoshop IMHO

intellij is for java and free for most (aside companies and workers) , pycharm can lint, hint and highlight python and isn't open source or free.
