you can find them easily in google, I am not sure whether sharing them isn't piracy in practice

but I personally think that, even though the default ones are very pleasing, most of them are no better than the Gnome's wallpaper set (what only means that Gnome has very high quality wallpapers)

Michał

yeah

there are full wallpaper dumps on imgur, easy to find in google or ddg, some of them really are nice

I've tried to install it on my thinkpad, but it wouldn't boot

The website mentions a GRUb error, which was what I wanted to ask...

Can I use grub and their bootloader on the same machine?

Michał

I guess grub can use chainloading to use their bootloader

All GRUb

Michał

How does that work? Novice here..
you can configure grub to boot another bootloader, so you would install bsd's bootloader on its partition, and grub would "jump" there to let it continue booting

https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/GRUB2/Chainloading , no idea if it's relevant to the grub which is included with Fedora, though

I don't understand... What has to do KDE with the GRUB?

Because according to Mozilla, it is where file all.js should be located, this file is where I can enable access to port 6668 at my server.

maybe whereis firefox
Neither of listed worked for me.

All I know about Linus is that he hates one thing, Richard stallman.

RMS is who makes the open source community colorful, and not dry like a corporate world, just like cute mascots instead of boring logotypes; he shows that some people are in it for a cause, not because there's money in it

I preferred Ubuntu, tbh. At least Ubuntu didn't break randomly during update, what cannot be said about Arch - but I've used Arch a few years ago, so maybe they have a solution for breaking changes now

and no, having to read blog before each update is not the solution

but at least this was not an unexpected suprise, which left you without a working laptop for a day, as you had no way to fix it :D I had this situation back ~2008 when the switch to evdev happened, I didn't knew I had to update my xorg.conf, so... laptop stopped reacting to keyboard or mouse and I had no idea why

Not as new as fedora, not as stable as Debian, not as secure as CentOS, and its extremely fast-paced release cycle means repos become unmaintained quickly

Of course, my rant against Arch (which is cool, but I don't use it as a daily driver because it's a rolling release) should not be understood as saying that Ubuntu is good ?

it's only if I had to choose between Ubuntu and Arch for a daily usage on a work PC, I would choose Ubuntu
