It only has to drive a 19" AVI screen the RX 460 runs HDMI audio and 1080p

Good morning, guys.
I've seen, from Wireshark and from System Monitor, that my Fedora computer is sending loads of data without my permission, in about 3mins it has sent 13.5GiB of files without any reason.
This is blocking my connection, because my computer uses all the bandwidth.
Do you know how may I solve this problem, please? :cc
