I've been in the CCC FFM and it was pretty cool. I'm planning to go to the one in Stuttgart next week, they have two meetups per month in the municipal library.

well, they made that choice of white typo over a square background image that represents the shop category. of course if the background image is unwisely chosen, that will become hard to read. the images should be darkish.

But they did that only the main page. The rest of the catalog is "normally" readable.

It's the eShop of a museum and the design had to match the overall design of the museum's website (which, btw, is a lot slower because it uses typo3)

Well, I tried one. Fixed it from dead, then looked at UI. Was allright, but not worth the price at all.

It's not the UI I want to check. It's the design/music/video editing software I'm interested in.
