Packages in fedora are tidy in unbelievable way, I got apps which is similar to Photoshop (have most of its features) in size of 40-60 MB while ps is 1.6 GB on windows

For very advanced and specialist project, no it's not, but for me as web developer, krita is more than enough, unless u wanna go deep in front-end development u may need Photoshop, but remember that was adobe fault not Linux.
