I installed everything and found out that is a Mate issue. I have Cinnamon installed and it gives no problem and has the module to configure time & date.

So I guess I'll be reporting a bug...

Yes, I also find Cinnamon better than Mate. But last time I used them, like 3 days ago, on this netbook, Mate was working faster than Cinnamon.

Well, when I installed I clearly stated that I'm Europe/Berlin, and now I looked into it and apparently I'm Europe/London. And I used that but on Cinnamon.

Fedora is where red hat tests the new features before adding it to centOS/RH, very smart strategy
