Hey awesome ppl, I badly need packet tracet, is it available on any repo ?
I'm pretty sure you can get an official Linux version from Cisco if you're a student. I have a downloaded copy to my laptop but for the life of me, I can't remember what I had to do to get it.

For free, too

Then I think you should be able to get a free edition, I'm also a university student, not an official Cisco student or anything like that.

Except Android development.

I mean, almost nobody uses OS X here.

It's far Better.
It's far better and far complex. PT is for lab practices, gns3 is used for real simulations, test and other advanced stuffs

It looks cool. Just 2 things: 1. Is it possible to embed a browser for links? 2. Is it just a web wrapper for the magazine? Fonts (typography) looks weird in the article list.

The share option is really cool!

Thanks for bring that's up

A new feature can be include notifications for new articles

:S

Sorry @gabrycaos I'm being a little hard about it

I'm confused ? which one should I use as a student ?
The one who works for you. If you are making a Cisco training, use PT

If you are studying by yourself, you can use both, depending on what you need. Simple test: PT; Complex Simulations: GNS3
