Tobias?

kde is
xfce fedora =~ 700mb after boot
gnome =~ 1gb after boot
kde =~ 1,5 gb after boot
But again, what you loose in ram you gain in ease of use, Features and Speed

KDE tends to put a lot of services on making it heavier. But it's all about disabling what you don't need.

Any idea about the real difference between RH servers and CentOS, which one better to run projects in the future ?

One has Red Hat support
The other is completely community based
No real differences other than that

(We'll just ignore the fact that you have almost double the number of badges I do)
Um, ignore me. Just realized, it was jforbes, not jflory7 I was looking at.

I have a question about Fedora 25... I wanted to install extensions in Gnome Shell, I did so in Fedora 24, but I couldn't in a fresh install of Fedora 25 (Workstation).
It says that I have to install something from COPR. Why? I never had to install anything extra to have extensions working in Gnome?

Colmito

xDDD, the bad thing is that there are few extensions that work with 3.24

I dont run extensions.
Only one I like is the screen capture one for screencasts.
Other than that I run stock.

2) many extensions are not supported with 3.2-cur in Fedo 25
gTile for example had been incompatible for half a year and only recently had a string added to make it work again

Hello, guys) I have one question about Fedora KDE. Is KDE version in Fedora much older than in KDE Neon? Is KDE frequently updated ?
