Also i still recommend Gnome on Fedora because the xfce and lxde groups barely have any members while gnome is tested toroughly as it is the default.

I use gnome cuz I have to ? I would prefer KDE I like its customization, friend of mine has customize it so it seem like mac now, but I'm afraid that's too heavy for my core i3 processor so I stick by gnome it's gd though.

Maybe you should disable apps in the start... I used Plasma 5 in my laptop that is just a Dual Core or similar. I didn't like it much so it didn't last, but it worked fine.

nah i already asked that issue long time ago ( a few week after F25 Releases ) and didn't have any solution so far, tried it again last month and still the same ? ('plasmashell crash, just plain lack screen, reboot from TTY and now i cant get to my KDE Desktop) not sure why since i'm not familiar with it... For now i'm still comfortable with my Gnome desktop and switch back to BSPWM or Budgie sometimes

Since it wasn't common issue at all, the problem may be in ur machine integration or so, can u install the nxt version of GNOME on F25 ? or we should wait for stable F26 ?

maybe i can try that if i have some free time, or probably i'll wait for F26 since this not really priority to fix this issue on my machine. i use the F25 KDE spin when upgrading this machine. not sure if it's matter or not

Well, I think that what makes it rather heavy is all the eyecandies and effects. Also that KDE usually puts up a lot of services that you may or may not need.

It says that I have to install something from COPR. Why? I never had to install anything extra to have extensions working in Gnome?

1) FF current doesnt support the Plugin anymore

2) many extensions are not supported with 3.2-cur in Fedo 25

gTile for example had been incompatible for half a year and only recently had a string added to make it work again
