Sorry, but we cannot know what is exactly running or causing this, just because it is one dynamic line (It said User Manager but It can be something else , because that part is change all the time) 1. You gonna have to for shutdown 2. You probably opened too many program,services so for that reason, you need to wait until all shutdown (It depends your hardware) 3. You maybe have low-medium type of hardware rig and could be slow for other reasons ....... I can type many more other reason just because you saw a black screen with information doesn't means It's a bad things. It telling you to time you need to wait(approx) without any other information we can't just help you. We can try to give advice or predict the problem but that's not help much.

yum must combine lvreduce an vgreduce
