Same as ./configure, ./make and ./make install sometimes the upstream dev provide an uninstall script.

 
Read the readme and try to figure out where all of this files are moved once are installed.

What I'm trying to explain is that sometimes there is an script for remove the packages.

 
configure sometimes allows you to choose where you wants to install those files.

may be is a bad sugesstion but if you try to sudo dnf install eclipse-ide (i think this is the name im from work and cant try)

Let's begin from the start. You downloaded .tar.gz file. This is archieve with source code of Eclipse and a script for setting up the compilation of this source code. After complitation, Eclipse files appeared in certain directories. There may be another script for unistalling compiled files (because all pathes to them are listed) or may be not. Anyway you haven't found it.

 
You want to remove previous installation and then "make things the right way", correct?

And you have an output from find utility with every directory containing the string "eclipse" in its name

so now you can use sudo rm -rf $path where $path is each string from find

 
warn you: be attentive with spaces or you can accidentally delete everything in root ( /) directory

 
one by one execute sudo rm -rf /home/diegosouza/Downloads/eclipse/ sudo rm -rf /home/diegosouza/.eclipse/ and so on

 
watch for presence of / symbol at the end of the path

it "freezes" tabs automatically or on demand so that memory for such tabs frees

This is why I use google-chrome, because It has pepper flash, so no need to install or enable the flash repo. And configured firefox to use html5 by default, so I can browse videos on HD.
