This is very interesting. You see, Uruguay has a very high level of traffic accidents that gets higher in weekends and party/clubbing/festival days. There are many signals and posters recommending, almost begging not to drive a car after partying but it doesn't seem to make any change. It's interesting that nobody thought of changing the bus routes.
