i loaded iommu, added the card to vfio and can now assign it

and since kernel 4.8 it even resets so i can restart/shutdown the vm as often as i want

I have done PCI Passthrough but only on Debian and Arch

Do you try to over the Proxmox gui?

Because me thinks you need to manually add anyhing pci passtrough manually to vfio

I don't think that's possible for now. This machine can't boot Linux because of some issue with the SSD PCIe ID. As apparently Apple reimplements NVMe.

I'm sure some smart dude will eventually get around that.
