I just use a clean cyano build

Cyano > Enable Root > Afwall > F-Droid > other stuffs

Not if your phone is a common manufacturer, else you need to add them via http://www.janosgyerik.com/adding-udev-rules-for-usb-debugging-android-devices/ udev rules
