Hi! Maybe there is some issues with that "Todo.txt" file? So Thunderbird can't get necessary data....
I don't know where or what file is. Maybe something inside the Thunderbird configuration folder?

Is a way to try to get the concept of a container in the desktop

I do not not like this mean to bundle a lot of things

I've tried to google it, but can't tell you any thing :c It should be in one of the paths(or path) where Thunderbird stores its own files...

I do not not like this mean to bundle a lot of things
Putting an app with the all necessary dependencies in one container(?) is not a very good idea, I think Although the Idea of distributing apps among different distros is great

It could be a thing to disable extensions, maybe try to clean exension folder...

Thunderbird starts and mail works. But the calendar doesn't

I noticed because 1) I couldn't add a new event 2) There's no notifications showing up.

@Kohane Does this work: "thunderbird -safe-mode"?

If yes, you can try this to update/disable addons https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/thunderbird-add-ons-frequently-asked-questions

Just put F25 server on it configured git and SSH and I can remote in with no issue from outside my home network. Seems to be filling the server roll quite well at the moment lol We will see how it holds up. Only really planned to use it for private git hosting and maybe extra filestorage.

used to just sit on my desk next to my main laptop and run IRC chat window so im okay with getting a bit more use out of it this way :)
