Thanks anyways. It could be a hardware issue (I'm running 3.22 in a VM, maybe VM displays don't support rotating). I'm just glad the option is still there because GNOME is famous for throwing away useful features. Monitor rotation is something many people need! But apparently, if it's still there for you, there's nothing to worry about.

Whan I installed fedora three days ago, wifi didn't work. It had b43 module loaded, but without any effect. Top-level recipes in google told to install broadcom-wl and blacklist b43. I followed them and used wl driver for last two days, expriencing accidental connection drops I simply downloaded proprietary broadcom firmware, unpacked it, and b43 driver started to work. Removed broadcom-wl package. I'll see how it will go. I still didn't understand how do broadcom-wl and b43 correspond to each other. dnf info says that broadcom-wl is just a set of configs. wl and b43 modules must be different things then, I guess. But it somehow had a firmware...
