It's December the twenty fourth, all I'm doing is installing Fedora 25 on other's laptops. Yay!
The notebook's WiFi I'm working on doesn't seem to be recognised by default. How can I narrow down its components in order to install the missing packages on Fedora?
I already have it connected to Internet by ethernet. All I want to do is a) Get to know what WiFi card it has and b) Install the missing packages to make it work.
@Kohane, @Tobias4X. Emergency, emergency. 911!

@Tobias4X - It's a Dell Latitude 2100. I'm running a dnf update to begin with.
As soon as it is finished, I shall run lspci. Thanks.
@Tobias4X - Network controller: Broadcom Limited BCM4312 802.11b/g LP-PHY (rev 01).

I'm taking some efforts to erase all traces of Google from my digital life and I'm writing blog posts about it. The one I recently publised is particularly important and I request all members to give it a read in your free time.

@Kohane, @Tobias4X, @xvitaly - This tutorial solved the problem, for the record. http://linuxwireless.org/en/users/Drivers/b43/#other_distros
We have a new problem, though. The resolution is stuck at 800x600 and there's no feasible way to change it, at least, using the UI alternative. Is there any terminal code to adjust the resolution of the screen at my will?
xrandr tells me 800 x 600 is the minimum, current and maximum value. TL;DR get wrecked.

What about Chrome? I've tried a few installation tutorials around but no dice so far. He doesn't want to try Chromium and Firefox is 'too slow'.
