Looks like this is my showstopper for i3wm on my desktop, for now, anyways. https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/328039/unable-to-find-keycode-for-volume-key-on-apple-keyboard

Before we get into this discussion yet again... Can you tell me why Linux Mint or Ubuntu are more stable than Fedora?
It's a question out of curiosity, I really want to know because to me it always happened the other way round.

Hello!
Google couldn't help me, so maybe someone here can.
I have a fresh install of fedora 25 without nvidia drivers, but by default my session loads with X11, not Wayland. In login screen I've touched nothing, so it's just Gnome, not gnome on xorg
But if I log out from first session I can't log in again in "Gnome" session it immediately throws me back on log in screen, I can only log in "Gnome on Xorg" session

Ignoring that that doesnt happen - Not updating the Kernel is retarded and Ubuntu likely does _less_ testing in those months

5 years support
5 years of backports over new Features, hastily adopting changes and not going further and further from upstream
Great Idea
where can i get the fuck out

It's different strokes for different folks
Each distro has their own purpose
Most of us here are Fedora fans because we like the quick-moving pace.

Hello everybody!
Who knows the guy responsible for this https://wiki.gnome.org/Projects/GnomeShellIntegrationForChrome/Installation ?
the https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/region51/chrome-gnome-shell/ repo is not available for F25
However it exists for F26

It comes for it by default, Chrome Plugins become increasingly hard to maintain and we know Chrome doesnt want to keep pepper

Moreover it can alert you on the extension updates and sync your extensions across computers
