Yes, it's plenty of file browsers.

Dolphin, Caja & Nemo are my favourites.

none of them

ElementaryOS uses "Files"

it's not on Fedora repos, due to almost no body use them, and neither have package mantainer

but if you want, it's posible to use Files in Fedora

just browse to the repo on launchpad: https://code.launchpad.net/pantheon-files

and download, compile, etc...

but as for my opinion I advise you to try with Caja or Nemo instead

because they got a lot of hard changes that maybe aren't in the fedora libraries

probably it will fail in some point compile cuz of some special libs deps or something else
