System-Back for somethings. Back in time for others, rsync for others. It depends on the use case.

That would be super cool! But I also fear the project may be approaching status as a dead upstream. The current version, 1.3.0, doesn't work on Fedora. The developer is aware of this, but I guess he hasn't had time to fix it in the past few months…
