Thanks for having me.
So far I've been noticing nothing but an easygoing community in here. We'd surely be of help in anything you come up with.

I'm currently an Ubuntu user. I'm trying out Arch Linux through Antergos, and a few other distros like Fedora and Mint. But I am undecided.
I'm using Arch atm, though.

Right. Some people in that room do use Windows.
And are not willing to leave it.

Dual boot here, it's necessary for me
I have one machine running OSX and my other machine running Linux. So i'm not even full-time linux user, I understand the necessity of having a different OS.
There are some OSX apps that just do not have support or any substitute for Linux

Anxhelo

Same for apps like Sony Vegas or Adobe After Effects/ Premiere for me, no substitute in Linux :/

I wouldn't.
What the script does is open source. You can audit yourself what it does. I like running scripts on random Windows 7/8/10 PCs or laptops I get to reach out. Being at college, work or wherever else. I am not installing GNU/LInux on their devices because I am utterly sure they will complain and cry such babies, yet I do something to stop Microsoft snooping in. Furthermore, I install privacy-concerned add-ons such as uBlock Origin, HTTPS Everywhere... Something's something.

There's GIMP. (?)
Gimp is great and I love it. But there's still one or maybe two features that Gimp doesn't. If they would care to add those working as good as Photoshop does, I'd be the first to delete Adobe for good.
