BTW, how can anyone clean the temporary files in root? Is there any way, like a command or a program or something?

I strongly dislike Flatpak. I use only when I have no other options left. Gnome Recipes in example has no RPM, and won't have if it depends on the main developer.
Last time I used Flatpak I notice that now it shows the dependencies and asks before installing. But says nothing about the amount of data that will take or how much space will it needs after install.

I like it. I think it should be renamed to fatpak.
by system files you mean?
It creates a /var with all the files from the app in the user's folder. Normally those files go to system folders somewhere under /
It's a waste of space.

Do you have any problem with chrome?
1) the iso file icon does not appear (usually an image of a cd)
2) there is that graphic error that makes the image shake ...
I made sure that the problem only happens on fedora, trying the same thing on ubuntu and centos

Kohane

What a weird behaviour....
Looks like it has hyccups.
Icons depend on your icon set and desktop configuration, so I wouldn't worry too much about it.
But the hyccup/shaking is definitely wrong. That shouldn't happen.

and Wayland is used. Wayland on Linux host is fine, Xorg on macOS host is also fine

This is the proper way to ask others to think about improving their communication when trying to contribute to any FLOSS Project.
Forcing or blindly enforcing is not OK.

Mmm I don't have how to reproduce that, I'm using fc28, please consider upgrading to a recent release given fc26 is unmaintained.
Actual releases that are currently maintained are fc27 and fc28.

They have lowered in build quality for their current lineup a little - but only to go thinner, yet last longer on battery.
