Why are you not simply bridging #fedora?

To bridge that channel would require some consultation and talking to others. To place a bot bridged here into that channel and walk away would be considered rude. It also raises the question of moderating both sides. The IRC SIG has a few tools and resources for the main #fedora channel. I don't think many of them use or are familiar with Telegram as well.

For now, I think it's best to probably just bridge it to #fedora-telegram and let anyone in who IRC who wishes to participate just join the channel.
