The proprietary drivers are not supported on Fedora and AFAIK they haven't worked with GNOMe (the default desktop) for ~2 years because GNOME is compiled with Wayland support which requires some EGL functions the AMD driver doesn't have. To sum it up: the proprietary drivers are not worth the trouble. AMD officially supports the open source ones and in the future those will be the only ones supported by them.

i'm using stock drivers, i downloaded the official R7 driver http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=RHEL%20x86%2064 but didn't installed it since 3 months. because everything works just perfect the way it is.

You may start a fundraiser. I think there would be people contributing and then you can buy a laptop locally. It would be easier than getting a laptop from a different country, going through customs etc.
