Well, try with that and if a reboot after sucessfully doing that doesnt help give us the exact model you have (check lsusb/lspci)

Oh, Realtek. :/ I once had a Realtek wireless driver with my laptop, but I had to compile the Wi-Fi driver manually every time I updated my kernel.

I don't remember where I found the drivers, but it was from a Realtek employee's GitHub.

Amen to that, if they do I'll replace it. Realtek is disasterous. Broadcom is better but still bad. Intel and Qualcomm are on a completely different level
