You cant build vivaldi from that.
Hmm, what proof?
The palemoon developer doesnt have the time to backport security fixes that affect his product too sometimes for weeks after the code that has been changed to fix it has been made publicly available for one.
Thats not all of the source
I call any software that isnt up to the task of protecting users efficiently with clean code and quick updates and appropriate cve response a meme
And heck, palemoon still uses the old ff javascript engine that got a mahor rewrite not too many versions ago - so even testing palemoon and keeping it with web standards will become a close to impossible task for the small team palemoon has.

Plus despite adnauseam being a security risk he blocked it (rightfully) but for the decision of it disrupting ad networks.
So he's on the wrong side of the battle imho.

Firefox now has rust code, servo, a new js engine, drops XUL for the much more secure webextensions finally (any xul addon can read all passwords stored in anx other xul addon for example, status: wontfix), has e10s and closed hundreds of cves.
Palemoon on the other hand lags behind not only years of advancement but also cannot include new fixes and speedups due to it being a completely different codebase now. I get that people liked the old style and dont want to move on, change is hard after all. But palemoon being used means you subject yourself to hundreds of vulnerabilities and a not only objectively worse browser in everything but "round tabs" - you also blip on webdev stats as 0,05% we have to atleast test for, giving us headaches on automation with a basically deprecated and dropped ff where no testing framework can grip into anymore.
Plus any site using browserupdate sees palemoon as terribly out of date and might block using it until you use a browser wih decent ecmascript 6 and html5 support.
*searches*
actually holy shit palemoon doesnt even have promises support - rendering any angular website virtually useless until you install an addon that takes in them - a thing that should be highest priority and in the core (available: ff24, full support since: ff29, ecmascript 2015)
And forget about polyfill, this is entirely new concepts stuff that can not be emulated in a meaningful way in old js code.

You mix up rpmfusion-free and rpmfusion-nonfree.
Rpmfusion-free should almost be installed by default - nonfree is the one you dont want in most cases.
