Turn on your Windows system, make sure you turn it off using the next command on cmd: shutdown /t 10 /s

(■_■¬): Don't copy/move/remove files on windows C: from a Linux session. When shutting down Windows keep the Shift key pressed while you click Turn off and keep it while the computer turn off, or run from the windows terminal shutdown /t 10 /s Turning off this way avoid locking partition when mounting it on linux. Use a secondary partition for copying files from linux to windows. Try to not mount the linux partition on windows. It may corrupt the linux file system.

That still doesnt guarantee to disable hybrid shutdown - you must turn off hybrid in the settings for it to reliably work.

Also, because windows doesnt want you to - if you can avoid having anything of your files on linux on ntfs then avoid it. use ext4/xfs for it.
