Hi! I installed xf86-video-intel-2.99.917.916_1,1 but i keep getting the error "no screens found(EE)" when starting xorg. Is there anything more I should do?

Worst thing that can happen is that you need to remove it from single user mode

I am trying out FreeBSD 13 on VirtualBox, but xfce4 rarely starts up succesfully, usually it's just a back screen, how can I find out why.

I installed xorg first and tested X, it's fine. Then xfce4, with slim or lightdm as DM, but usually I just got black screen.

I've enabled dbus in /etc/rc.conf and now even startx give me a black screen when only one line exec startxfce4 --with-ck-launch or keep it empty.

Can you give us the log file of xorg when you run xfce?

xorg, is that dwm or twm as I recall?
Xorg is the server, dwm and twm are clients

1- why are you running pkill as root?
2- are you running Xorg as root?

I created a ufs partition and installed freebsd there, however the old grub apears with only my old OS, and os-prober doesn't detect FreeBSD, how can I create a dualboot?

It's kindda depends. If you just need to route email somewhere sendmail is ok, but there are even simpler alternatives like dma I guess. If you need to accept mail for virtual domains and route it accordingly you would need to learn m4 with sendmail to customize it, while postfix is quite easy to configure for that.

well, you definitely can move your mail from one server to another, I think any mail client will help you do that, otherwise you have to script fetchmail to fetch all emails from other host and deliver to local one.
