3. Clarify details of the bug;
4. Try to reproduce this bug;
5. Briefly read the corresponding usb spec;
6. Compare expected usb answer with actual;
7. Read a book about windows driver model and try to write a simple driver;
8. Find on msdn details about win usb stack;
9. Find in reactos this shit -^;
10. Patch it, using the knowledge from 3;
11. If fixed, then send on jira;
12. Else goto 3-10.
