yes, with third party drivers and limited support. btw, windows 98se featured also wdm driver support and even dxva video acceleration for hd videos (but at the time no such video card existed and when these cards arrived on the market they didn't have drivers for windows 98se)

i don't know if some beta drivers for geforce 7x00 could use dxva on 98se. on xp i couldn't manage to use dxva with a 7300.
