does it posible in freebsd to create user, but asign certain command to that user, example user:backup only can execute dump command.

I think the simplest way is create user with chroot environment, like here https://framkant.org/2018/04/minimal-scp-ssh-chroot-freebsd/ but for shutdown binary

Why not make a specific group "shutdown" or something.
Create user, remove all his groups, add shutdown file to shutdown group, add user to shutdown, he can only run shutdown

Perhaps it won't work. /bin files are assigned to a group root, my user is not in that group but I can still execute. Perhaps changing "other" permissions to 0 by using chmod

With connection to what I said previously about groups

In /bin
Shows
rwx for user(root)
r-x for group (root)
And r-x for everyone else
So...if I wanted to limit users to use every command but 1 (shutdown),
I would add myself to a root group, thus still having the ability to execute commands.
Then, chmod every file to 0 for every other user, (no need to remove/assign groups then, because only root and group root can access files, and then give r+x permissions to only shutdown in everyone else's mod.

No idea if it will work, no idea how much it will break the system, no idea if there are other methods.

I just updated fbsd current (again) and pkg says that its version is meant for
1300094
and that my kernel stills at
1300077
Both uname -K and -U report kernel at 1300077
Is there a reason for that? I mean, how pkg can be pointing at a higher kernel version than one from an update just half an hour ago?

Nice, so if my sound device is hdac1@pci0:2:0:0, I need to add to /boot/loader.conf:
pptdevs="2/0/0"
And then add bhyve flags to VM config:
-s 7,passthru,2/0/0
Am I right?
