Nah. Atm i'm doing nothing. Just i wanna see what options i will have
I thougth i will use something like xterm -geometry and -fg -bg and pass some output to this terminal or whatever
But i will use Xlib so i can make a window and just print the output to that window
But i like the idea of get an embedded terminal

<b>aaron:</b> VMS (Telegram): So, most terminals respect those X options, and you should just be able to pick with user's preferred terminal with something like xdg-open.
<b>aaron:</b> If you just want to display output, look at the code for xconsole or something. A terminal brings in a huge amount of overhead to deal with key presses and such.
<b>aaron:</b> Xconsole acts like a read-only terminal and tails logs/outputs.

Xconsole will be on all systems if they're have xorg?

<b>aaron:</b> I think it's more likely. It's also easier to embed the code you need from that project.

<b>aaron:</b> VMS (Telegram): You may be better off just reading the freedesktop.org spec to see what they require you bundle with X to comply.

Jaypatelani: VVelox: nope... libre dependency?
VVelox: print/harfbuzz-icu was broken and has been for awhile several reports in regards to issues with it and I can reproduce the issue on several machines
VVelox: that re-integrats it back int print/harfbuzz
